One-of-a-kind live edge spalted sugar maple and epoxy charcuterie serving board. The board shown is the exact board you will receive, and each board is listed individually so you know exactly what you are purchasing. Shipping is included in the price, so there are no surprises at checkout. This piece also works beautifully as an ottoman tray for candles and decorative objects. The epoxy is food safe; however, if you use it as a cutting board, it is best to avoid cutting directly on the epoxy. This rectangular board measures 16 x 9 x 1 inches. Made from local maple purchased from a family-owned mill in Carson, Washington. It is finished with natural, food-safe walnut oil and a final wax blend of beeswax, linseed oil, and lemon oil. Do not soak in water or place in the dishwasher. Clean with a wet cloth or sponge and refresh the finish as needed with mineral oil or beeswax. This is a natural wood product. The wood used in this piece is grown, harvested, and milled in the greater Columbia Gorge scenic area. I keep material costs low by purchasing full slabs from a local mill in Carson, Washington. These slabs are typically about eight feet long and 18 inches wide, and I then cut each board to the desired size and thickness.
